The 2025 Bannaby Angus bull sale took place on Friday 15 August. 71 bulls out of 78 bulls sold for an average of $9,828 for a 91% clearance.
The feature of the sale was 10 bulls by Ardrossan Nectar Q67 which sold for an average of $13,300 each, including 6 flush brothers out of donor dam Witherswood Wilcoola L0339 that averaged $16,667. The top priced bull was a Q67 son out of L0339 that sold for $22,000 to Krawarree Pastoral, Braidwood. Two other flush brothers sold for $18,000 each.
Alpine Real Deal sons also featured in the sale, with 12 sons selling for an average of $11,167.
Buyers had ample opportunity to purchase bulls at very reasonable prices with 27 bulls selling at the base price of $6,000.
