The 16th Annual Bannaby Angus Bull Sale took place on Friday 14 August 2026. Bulls sold to a high of $26,000 for an Alpine 38 Special S021 son, and averaged $8,120.
The feature of the sale was a draft of 14 sons from the $190,000 Milwillah Sergeant S791, a Te Mania Pheasantry son, which sold to $18,000 (twice) and averaged $10,230.
Eleven sons of Alpine 38 Special sold to $26,000 and averaged $11,100.
Four sons of donor cow Witherswood Wilcoola L0339 again featured in the sale, reaching a top of $24,000 and averaging $14,500.
Again buyers had ample opportunity to purchase bulls at very reasonable prices with 23 bulls selling at the base price of $6,000.
